Precision Laser Cutting
For parts that require a high level of precision, laser cutters provide an ideal solution. Fully CNC controlled, our lasers can accurately cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 25mm thick.
Reliably Accurate Production
Our laser facility is equipped with the cutting edge of laser cutting technology. Featuring lasers with a rotary axis, able to process tube, square and rectangle box section and angle profiles. Making use of an integrated touch probe, these lasers can cut with unrivalled precision. Punch laser combination machines allow reduced lead times on parts that require both processes, these are also equipped with automatic tool changing to further increase production efficiency.
Paired with our lasers are automatic loading machines. These can be stacked with pallets of raw material and will work as an extension of the laser, unloading finished parts and loading more material into the laser. Automated loading results in further reduction in cost and lead time for large projects due to the increased throughput and ability to run without an operator.
